About Me.
I'm an Art-based Therapy Practitioner and a Mental Health Professional with over 6 years of experience in the field.
I founded IDHA with a vision to create a world where arts serve as a bridge for healing, inclusion and self-expression. I deeply believe in the transformative power of the arts and am committed to creating safe, inclusive spaces where individuals from all walks of life can explore, express, and heal through creative mediums.
Having a strong foundation in psychology, I integrate my deep understanding of mental health with creative therapeutic modalities and movement based healing therapies.

I've worked with diverse groups, including neurodiverse adults, teenagers with ADHD, epilepsy, autism, and down syndrome, as well as young adults and the elderly struggling with anxiety and depression.
