This is a Trauma-informed, neuroaffirming Expressive Arts and Movement Space.

Here I support individuals and groups in gently reconnecting with their bodies, emotions, and inner rhythm through Expressive Arts, Dance & Movement Therapy, Somatic Awareness at a pace that feels safe and meaningful.

I also work with children through play-based and creative approaches that support expression and regulation.

I founded IDHA with a vision to create a world where the arts become a bridge for healing, inclusion and self-expression. Where individuals can explore, express and heal in ways that honour who they are.

Agatsu is a non-profit organisation working in the space of mental health and wellbeing. To help us achieve our mission, we have started a community centre and therapy clinic.

Located in Pali Village, our cute and homely community centre welcomes anyone and everyone. Our centre is a space to learn, work, study or experiment with something new. We provide a variety of different activities and workshops that are free of cost. The core is open from 12pm to 8pm, Wednesday to Sunday.

Our students, 16 years and above, learn to advocate for themselves and become independent in a fun, peer group. We use expressive arts, management coaching, computers and inspiring mentors, with a customized curriculum. You can enroll in our sessions in person in Mumbai or online within India or overseas.
